Queens Park Hotel

1. The hotel door is broken and shows signs of being broken into. 2. There are no slippers, no kettle to boil water, no toothpaste or toothbrush, no paper towels, and no hair dryer. I asked the hotel if it provided it, and the answer was that it didn't provide anything. 3.Only toilet paper and towels 4. The hygiene is terrible and there is only one TV channel. 5. The hotel is opposite the cemetery 6. I drank hot water for breakfast and was laughed at by the waiter. Rubbish.

Unfriendly staff, constantly talking on the phone in Russian, dirty bed linen with **********, urine in the shower, Coca Cola on the bathroom door, sticky cupboard doors... very loud until late at night 01:00 loc... Simply terrible!

No elevator, not suitable for elderly people

Absolute disaster. I have visited many hotels in my life, especially in Berlin I traveled a lot. But I've never come across a place like this before. The room was bare, cold and incredibly old and shabby. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom simply stank of sewage and old urine and there was dirt and broken parts everywhere. For example, the toilet flush was broken, there were open sockets (life-threatening, especially for us with children), and various lamps were simply left without sockets. The shower faucet was totally calcified and disgusting, the shower was dirty. There were tons of all kinds of stains on the walls around the bed. After just one night we had to break off and leave the hotel. The staff were not interested in asking why we were leaving and our complaints were simply brushed off. The breakfast was at least as bad, dry rolls from the day before and the sausage buffet consisted of meat sausage. Never again, anyone who stays there has no respect for themselves.

This is the first time I had a hotel room. Dirty not cleaned, don't look under the beds a horror, the mattresses. Ugh, the duvets were not cleaned, luckily there was a duvet cover. It is unacceptable to praise this as good refreshment and to make the only positive point I would say that it was hot and the water was very hot, the rest is shameful at 85 euros per night in my estimation. That it should be done. Shame

Incredibly dirty and worn, staff very unfriendly, the bathroom is moldy, renovations have been going on for several years, rooms are noisy, at 10:04 am you are thrown out of the breakfast room and it is then locked...

The workers do not speak English and treat you poorly. Wi-Fi does not work. Breakfast does not offer any variety. It is far from the city center. The rooms are not soundproof, several times during the night I was woken up by noises from guests in adjoining rooms.

Perfectly adequate for sleeping. Bathroom OK. Breakfast simple but adequate. However, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Staff very nice. Warning: Corona rules are being followed by the staff, but only partially. Tables are far too close to each other. Free parking 👍. If you don't care about fancy stuff and just need somewhere to sleep, this is the place for you.
