Das Zimmer + Bad waren sehr sauber, das Bett sehr gemütlich.
Ein- und Auschecken problemlos.
Nur das Frühstück war wirklich sehr mager, die Brötchen alles Andere als lecker… Wurst genau 2 Sorten und davon schon um 8 nur noch spärlich was von vorhanden.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima, vicino alle attrazioni della città quindi consigliatissimo per poter visitare la città a piedi! Letti comodissimi, stanza pulita (al nostro arrivo), luminosa e spaziosa. Dispone di un bollitore e una piccola macchina per il caffè. La colazione però è misera e "razionata". Il secondo giorno non hanno pulito la stanza e ci siamo ritrovate con le asciugamani sporche e non sapevamo neanche a chi chiederle poiché alla reception non c'era nessuno (l' hotel non ha nessuno alla reception ma il check in e il check out bisogna farselo da soli). Abbiamo telefonato ad un numero indicato sulle indicazioni nella hall e siamo dovute andarle a prendere...NOI in un hotel a 500 metri di distanza! Di solito le portano in camera...mai successa una cosa del genere...

At no time during our stay was our room serviced. No new toilet paper, no fresh towels and the bed was not made. Obviously the breakfast was scaled down since we stayed at this hotel back in 2017. We will never return to this hotel. Sad experience!

Great hotel at a super location. Self Checkin works great and we didn’t see or miss the staff at all. Rooms had a decent size and all you needed.

Der var ingen tryk i vandet i bruseren, hårtørren kunne kun blæse kold luft. Ingen rengøring eller skift af håndklæder på trods af at vi var der 3 nætter.
Morgenmaden var meget sparsom og brødet var knastørt. Ikke hver at spilde penge på.
Alt i alt en oplevelse af at have betalt overpris for et engang fint hotel…. Kan ikke anbefales.

El hotel al hacer el checking no explica nada al entrar, no hay absolutamente nadie para hacerse cargo de cualquier problema, estuvimos 40 min esperando por el fallo magnetico de la tarjeta, cualquier problema tienes que llamar a un hotel de la misma cadena que tienen cerca y te ayudan como pueden de mala manera. la limpieza diaria algo basico te la quieren cobrar aparte. El hotel necesita un buen lavado de cara. Calidad precio 0

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Selbst- Check-In klappt gut, es ist jederzeit jemand telefonisch erreichbar. Zentrale Lage, Zimmer liegt leider direkt an der Straßenbahn - Linie. Trotz schallisolierter Fenster etwas laut.
