Es war für uns das erste mal in diesem Hotel und wir waren einfach begeistert. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, mit leckerem Tee Mix mit Kohlensäure - kannten wir noch gar nicht. Alles ging schnell und wir waren früh in einem wunderschönen Zimmer mit Hammer Ausblick. Restaurant für Abendessen und Frühstück war klasse und ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Das Hotel besticht für uns durch die Konzentration auf den Gast und dass er sich wohl fühlt und somit auf das wesentliche. Kein pompöser Schnickschnack im Foyer und dafür viel Qualität im Zimmer und im Service

Empfang sehr freundlich, aber leider sehe ich die 5 Sterne nicht, das Gepäck wird nicht abgenommen, das Zimmer war nicht pünktlich fertig, man entschuldigt sich zwar und gibt der Auslastung die Schuld, nur bei einem 5-Sterne Hotel muss eben genug Personal vorhanden sein, damit die Zimmer pünktlich bezogen werden können (mehrere Gäste mussten auf ihr Zimmer warten) Zimmer waren sehr sauber, aber auch nichts besonderes. Vorhänge dunkeln nicht komplett ab.

Mauvaise expérience, manque de professionnalisme de l’accueil qui n’a pas déclaré mon voyage d’affaires et m’a contraint à payer des taxes de séjour.
Chambre sombre à la climatisation bruyante.
Qui plus est, un établissement qui arbore une déco limite, où des casques à pointes, de funeste réputation, sont pourtant mis en valeur.
J’irai ailleurs, j’ai connu mieux pour moins cher.

Modern, comfortable and perfectly situated, Hotel Luc was our home base for four days in Berlin. Instead of standing at a counter, guests are welcomed to sit in comfortable chairs and are offered a glass of champagne while registering. During this process, we found out that my wife had the same birthday as the delightful Sergio. What could have have been a sterile transaction was instead a lengthy and wonderful conversation. It was a good omen for our stay and indicative of the warmth of the hotel staff. The a la carte breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Heritage, was varied and superb. All of the staff are friendly and professional but a special shout out goes to Kim for her cheerful demeanor and a sense of humor that was the perfect start to each day. The bed was comfortable, the shower superb and the hotel design is both modern and plush. The people make it very special.

This hotel was especially busy during my week there, but the receptionists and waiters/waitresses were extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. I. was very impressed with their knowledge, kindness. and positive attitudes. They truly were a wonderful plus to my week in. Berlin.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in suite with balcony. Fantastic views of the French Cathedral and the Tv tower. Great location. Walking distance to check point Charlie, ice bar and shopping centre Tasty breakfast Nice spa area with sauna, steam room
