One of my favourite stays in Berlin!
Staff: Super friendly and welcoming! Very attentive and you can feel you’re welcome here.
Room: spotless and well equipped! The shower was very good, loved the room!
Location: Just 15 mins walking from main station and Friedrichstrasse. around Oranienburgerstrasse lots of nice restaurants and cafes, also only 5/10 mins walking! Also to Hackischer Markt close walking. Trams/subway in front!
Breakfast: Loved the restaurant and the breakfast was so good!

Absolutely outrageous! We accidentally booked the wrong room and wanted to change it just a minute later. At the reception, we were just left standing there and laughed at, no help whatsoever, absolutely nothing. We were lied to, and everyone told us something different. This kind of customer service is simply shameful.

Called and messaged before I come that 4th of September was my son’s birthday, if there is any available service to arrange a cake. I was willing to pay. No one bothered to answer.
Check in service was not very welcoming.
Water was provided only for first day. No iron available in the room.

Sensational service. Breakfast is a really beautiful, great choice. My room never included spa use but paid extra. Well worth it, great sauna experience.

There is a subway station at the door and a bus stop at the corner. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the central train station and Brandenburg Gate. The location is convenient and the soundproofing is good. It is not noisy even if you live on the third floor facing the street. There is a good German restaurant nearby.
