I wouldn't know where to start, the worst thing is the lack of response when a problem arises. During the days we were there, the reception practically did not work, not even at the advertised times. At the time we arrived we had to do self-checking at a machine, but despite having previously charged us for the entire reservation two days before arriving, they again demanded the full amount. We spent two hours trying to communicate with them, the telephone numbers indicated to locate them were either not answered or could be heard ringing at the reception... Neither we nor Booking were able to locate them, so we had to pay for the reservation a second time so as not to stay the night. on the street. We are still waiting for a response to the calls... In the following days, we found up to 3 more clients with problems at check-in and no one answering their calls. I would avoid these apartments if you don't want to encounter unpleasant surprises. To begin with, it is domotized, but it is poorly programmed, by opening the blinds in one room you open those in another and the same thing happens with the lights. In the middle of the night the bathroom faucet turns on at full power, according to them it is programmed to clean the filters, but if you don't get up to turn it off at 3 in the morning the pool overflows. The heating doesn't work, in one of the rooms you can't even breathe and we had to keep the window open, while in the rest of the apartment, including the living room, it was freezing. There were 3 TVs in the apartment, but one did not work and another did not have a remote control. Occupancy is supposed to be for 4 people, but there was not enough tableware for everyone. There is no toaster, no bottle opener, just a frying pan and a pot. The cleaning was quite superficial, not to say insufficient. According to them, cleaning was every two days, however this was not the case.

The kitchen in the room was very good. Very modern bathroom. Good connection to local transport and not far from the center by subway. It only gets a bit uncomfortably loud in the evenings with the windows open. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about and was very satisfied.

Very nice, elegant, sophisticated modernity. Only problem: reception closed from 10 p.m. while the rooms open with a magnetic card which demagnetizes very quickly. One phone number, but 10 calls before someone answered at 11 p.m.
