There is no one at the front desk to check in, and the apar**ent door can't be opened, so it is impossible to check in. Moreover, the apar**ent is on the side of the road, and there is no place to park. It is very troublesome to rent a car and park, and you have to find your own parking space everywhere. Although the apar**ent has its own parking garage, it can only park 8 cars, which is equivalent to no parking. The experience was very bad.

Clean, the transportation is very convenient! There are many restaurants downstairs and there are many shopping options. The most impressive ones are the show gel and shampoo (we even checked how to buy them, but unfortunately they can only be purchased online and cannot be shipped to Asia) and the tea bag in the room. Overall, it is a good accommodation experience in Europe.

There is a tram stop and a subway station downstairs of the hotel. The tram goes directly to Berlin Main Station in ten minutes, which is very convenient! Overall satisfied, very clean and spacious, kitchen equipment and utensils are complete. Although the check-in time was later than the manual check-in time, I checked in smoothly according to the hotel's instructions. The only thing is that it's not so quiet at night because it faces the street, but it's still acceptable.

I’m currently staying at Amano home (right now) and the room is HOT! The customer service won’t pick up the phone and they kept transferring me to a random number. If you are planning to stay here, don’t. Find yourself another place where you can at least not lie in a puddle of your own sweat.

Great stay! The rooms were clean, and very large compared to most European city centre hotels and clean. The check-in process could be improved as it's via a clunky app-only system. There is also nowhere to store luggage pre/post-stay. Would stay again!

The hotel is clean and tidy. The room was perfect for two people. Only down side is from the rooms you could hear doors, people in the corridors, footsteps, toilet flushes in neighbour rooms! The only other issue we had was the temperature. The hotel its self was very warm! The rooms have air on however on max cool the room was still stuffy and warm. Made sleeping hard

Fabulous apar**ent in a great location. Very comfortable and clean. Mitte is a great area with underground just outside which was very convenient. Great shops, restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent and well equipped rooms. Great location near stores, restaurants and public transportation. Walkable to most of the city highlight. The online checkout was not working due to an internet malfunction but the guy at the reception took care of us.
