Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Amano in Berlin war enttäuschend. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich und abweisend. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, mit Haaren im Badezimmer und schmutzigen Gläsern, Geschirr und Mikrowelle. Der Duschkopfhalter und der Haartrockner waren defekt, ebenso wie die Beleuchtung, die flackerte und ausfiel. Das Sofa war verschmutzt und in der Kuche gab es keine Kaffeekapseln. Als ich danach fragte, wurde mir ein überhöhter Preis genannt von 3,50 pro kapsel. Die Internetverbindung war langsam und am Abend funktionierte sie überhaupt nicht. Zuletzt fand ich eine Spinne im Badezimmer.
Aufgrund des schlechten Services, der mangelnden Sauberkeit und der defekten Einrichtungen kann ich das Hotel Amano nicht empfehlen.

Overall great stay. Location was perfect and within walking distance to a lot of things. Plenty of bars and food spots close to hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Only feedback would be to improve pillows in the rooms and advise to be cautious when checking in at reception as we were nearly accidentally charged for our room twice.

Fantastic room, like an apartment. Generous space, corner room, with balcony and big windows. The bed and sofa was little hard, but location, room and staff was really nice. Extra thanks to cleaning staff, that handle the kids toys with care. When cleaning the beds, they put the teddy bears to sleep, really pretty in beds. Nice location with streetwiew, and also over a very green park/cementary. The wifi was ok. The rooftop bar is beautiful. We will come back. Really nice hotell.

Super-comfortable large apartment for our family of 4, including a nicely equipped kitchen and huge dining table that made it comfortable to "eat in" for breakfast and some lunches. Too many great restaurants in Berlin to warrant eating in for supper, including the restaurant in the hotel, which had spectacular middle-eastern food. Helpful and friendly hotel staff.

The price level is way too high for the offered comfort, quality, features and services of a hotel in Berlin. There are many equally centrally located hotels with better price-performance ratio.

We had a great stay in an apartment M size in this hotel. It provided enough space for 2 people. When we checked out we forgot some pieces of clothing, which we found out when we arrived home already. We were very concerned but after contacting the hotel and receiving such a friendly and promptly response we were very relieved. Only a few days later our forgotten clothes arrived by mail. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Great apartment, large and comfortable. Nice situation in Scheunenviertel. Easy to go everywhere: by foot in Berlin Mitte and by common transport everywhere else.

The Wi-Fi was not stable. Sometimes difficult to get internet connection. The night shift reception was good, responsive. Location is quite convenient.
