Rooms small, bathroom very narrow and small, breakfast poor & poor paid a lot for poor quality and service. I will never book in Leonardo Hotel again. Never again

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.
There were no indoor slippers in the hotel room, but I asked the lobby and they sent them to my room.
This is a hotel I want to go back to next time I go to Berlin.

Check-in went smoothly. The friendliness of the staff was consistently very good. Cleanliness was impeccable. There was a slight defect in the battery in the room. loose rosette on the door handle. The lack of soap at the sink was only added after a complaint was made. Free mineral water in the room was only available on the day of arrival. This works much better at other hotels. The mineral water used here should be refilled free of charge every day. Although there is a capsule machine in the room for coffee drinkers, tea drinkers unfortunately miss the mark here. This is also much better. See other hotels. The simple double rooms are too small and cramped compared to other hotels. Otherwise, the dining rooms and the breakfast buffet can be classified as very good.

The room is very spacious. When you open the window and face the church steeple, you feel very comfortable listening to the bell ringing on the hour. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, which is more convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. There are many guests, but there are also many seats;
