Stayed for two nights, the bed sheets were fine, the towels were not changed, the breakfast was worse than other boutique hotels of the same price, the service staff was also of poor quality, the waiters in the restaurant would not pay attention to you except to say hello, the front desk was friendly but unprofessional, especially the woman, her emotional management ability made me suspect she had mental problems, I asked politely about printing, she didn't know how to type, stuck at one of the steps, in fact, I could just say that I didn't know, but she suddenly raised her tone and repeated loudly: This is what I don't know! The sense is historic, the staff members were great, and the hotel is high tech. Bathrooms are great! Breakfast was a good start to the day. The members of the front desk team were exceptionally good at helping us. The gave us special care and service.

Positives: - Comfortable Bed - Excellent breakfast choices - Good AC - Quiet - Great location in leafy neighborhood near restaurants, a tram line, and a UBahn stop - Nice patio area Negatives: - Uncomfortable pillows (even after getting a replacement) - Tiny shower, but plenty of hot water All in all it was a fine stay and the location was perfect

There is a long way to four stars here. Bad beds, bad duvets (two small limp duvets in a king size bed is a bit weird), bad pillows. It just didn't seem really clean - but as if there was dirt and smoke in the carpets and curtains for the last 30 years.

This is a lovely hotel, tucked away from the street. Nicely decorated in both the public spaces and our room. The hotel has a small elevator, which was a bonus, as we had stayed in a hotel a few days before, that did not. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, with meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, etc. As a tea drinker, the offered one of the best loose tea selections I had seen at a hotel. The bar was cozy and one night, a Brazilian jazz guitarist played.

An easy stay in Berlin on a quiet street with lots of options nearby. Excellent breakfast. Very nice adjoining room with big bathrooms. Mattress and pillows could have been better but you can’t win them all.

Lovely walkable neighborhood with great restaurants. Fantastic recommendations by staff for restaurants. Friendly, helpful people. We stayed four nights and loved it. Comfy beds. Nicely appointed rooms. Great breakfast. Easy transportation all over Berlin.

We were warmly welcomed at the hotel and were very pleased with our large and cosy bedroom. We can only congratulate the staff for their kindness and the good work. Be it for the cleaners, the succulent breakfast served with a smile, the bar lady and the pianist, everything was top. We also liked the beautiful Christmas decorations all over. The hotel is situated in a charming area (lots of cafes and a nice market) We will definitely be back on our next visit to our family!
