I didn't make it to the hotel because I had to cancel my Berlin and Dresden trip because the airline messed up and left my baggage at the previous airport. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't so understanding of my situation and didn't approved my cancellation and refund request unlike the other hotel where I'm supposed to be staying in Dresden. That's just very inconsiderate and lacks customer empathy.

My business partner from Berlin booked this hotel. I came all the way from Austria to attend an important appointment in Berlin. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff asked me to provide a PCR test, which I did not have. That really annoyed me, especially since I haven't had to show any tests in other hotels so far. Even my business partner had no information when booking that you have to show a test at check-in. After I finally got the test result, I missed an important business appointment and that made me even more angry. The hotel staff was very rude and I will certainly not stay at this hotel again. I couldn't have breakfast because I didn't have a face mask with me. Masks are not compulsory in other hotels either. When checking out, I saw a new guest go through the same procedure as me. He should also submit a test. Annoyed, I drove back to Austria. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

Booked for one night, picked this one since it had an all night check in. Door was closed and the staff member was hiding in the back not in view of the door (I get it, working late is boring) so maybe there needs to be a bell or something. If there was one I wasn't aware of it and I wasn't told about it. The room was great, no complaints. In a nice area
