bellissimo hotel per gli interni, le camere, il quartiere sul fiume molto carino. Organizzazione degli spazi non sempre intuibile. Relativamente vicino alla metro, a 10 minuti a piedi. Colazione dai prezzi non proprio accessibili, ristorante ugualmente troppo caro.

My wife and I stayed from the 15th to 19th March. When we arrived at reception we were immediately asked to pay 200 euros for 'security' and we were told this would be returned immediately when we left. On the 19th we were charged another 200 Euros for breakfasts as expected but the security payment was not returned. Nearly four weeks later and we still don't have our money. We have made numerous costly phone calls and sent a number of emails, we have received no communications from the hotel , which is not acceptable. On the last phone call, over a week ago, I was told there was an 'authorisation ' issue and that I would receive an email explaining the situation. There has been no email since.

The hotel is in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from Bellevue S-Bahn (1 stop from the central station). Nice view from room overlooking the river Spree. Breakfast was well above average. The room was comfortable but along with many hotels lots of lights but none that illuminate the room. They need to improve security so that you can only activate the lift if you have a room card.
