Location of the hotel is a bit off the main attractions and train station. Luckily we drove and there are ample parking in front of the hotel. Parking is chargeable though but Sunday is free. The room is pleasant and of decent size. Pretty like the design of the room with lots of space saving closets. The hotel comes with sauna and gym. The gym is really nothing to shout about and the sauna is a bit small but relaxing. You have to arrange for the hotel staff to turn on the sauna earlier if you intend to use it. Checking in and out is pleasant and the receptionist are all very friendly.

The hotel is located in a relatively remote location in East Berlin, but not far from the subway station. It is just three stops away from the city center. It is convenient to go to Museum Island and Alexanderplatz. This time, I chose this hotel here because I was doing business nearby. Although it was only a four-star hotel, I originally thought it was pretty good. I planned to stay for another three days because I was not far away from work. However, the next day I found that the room was very carelessly prepared. Even the used hand towels were not replaced and the cups were also missing. It was not washed, the tissue box was not replenished, and the capsules of the coffee machine were not replenished. There was no free water. I was too lazy to communicate with the front desk and decided to check out and change to another hotel. The service at the front desk was actually pretty good, but the room service could only let I give it one point for service, it affects my mood too much.
