Excelente localização, bem próxima a estação de metrô, comercio, restaurantes. O café da manhã (apesar de ter achado um pouco caro) é bem servido e variado. O quarto que ficamos era muito espaçoso, camas confortáveis, banheiro grande e tudo muito limpo e organizado. Excelente. Voltaria com toda certeza

Como siempre excelente estancia, hotel muy familiar, trato muy cordial la recepción super buena, han mejorado y siguen mejorando sus instalaciones, sin duda volvere a repetir, el trato de los recepcionistas es muy bueno y la limpieza del hotel excelente.

Personal de recepción muy amable y eficaz. Muy tranquilo. Mobiliario cómodo, la tv. muy pequeña en relación al tamaño de la habitación puede ser lo único mejorable. De 14 a 20 h. ofrecen café e infusiones gratis en el bar. Muy bien situado, a tan sólo unos metros de la estación de Nollendorf.

A group of us stayed at this hotel. It is in a very convenient location and the metro station is just around the corner. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is basic but comfortable. I booked a single room and was surprised to see a small single bed in my room. Perhaps this is not uncommon in Germany when booking a single room. But overall for what it is, it's a good hotel, comfortable and a convenient location. There are nice cafés and restaurants nearby too.

With hotel prices at a premium we decided on this hotel and booked private car parking. Upon arrival we discovered that the key given to the car park didn't work which meant getting the staff to physically come with us to get us access. The room was a bit cramped for a family of 4 but thankfully it had a fan to deal with the heat. €12.50 all you can eat buffet breakfast, if you stay here on a Sunday then it maybe your own option for morning food as most shops are shut. Problem with the shower meant we didn't get enough pressure and the double bed lights didn't work. Some of the staff were a bit non plussed but not overly unhelpful. Room was clean and the hotel if a few mins walk to Nollendorf Station. Nice ice cream shop just down the street. All in all decent but won't be back with a family

From top to bottom this hotel is excellent friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Also its location is ideal right beside a Ubann station and also close to numerous bus routes.
