Tiene muy buena comunicación pública tanto Linea S como U bhan tiene muy buen desayuno El trato del personal es muy amable especialmente Jana la habitación es muy luminosa tiene un patio y con jardín y no va a la calle por lo que no existe ruido de vehículos tiene servicio de Guardaequipajes lo malo es que no saben hablar en español y que no existe parking para clientes

Hotel probably recently renovated, in an old building in a secluded position but close to trams and metro. I only spent one evening here, the bed was quite comfortable but the room smelled of fresh paint, the curtains were too short to cover the daylight and the bathroom was minimally equipped.

Good location...quiet...inexpensive and with a very honest breakfast...it's already good...but that's really all...for the rest: deplorable hygiene...room and bathroom dirty bathrooms...and the icing on the cake is a clogged shower...although we had warned upon our arrival, nothing was done to unclog the shower...the staff is nonchalant and doesn't care about anything... and above all customers....unacceptable...we will not come back...there is much better for the same price in Berlin...

Das 103 ist ein 2*Sterne Hotel am Prenzlauer Berg nähe U-S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee. Es liegt ruhig im Hinterhof. Die Lage ist großartig. Alle Geschäfte vor der Tür... Für ein einfaches Haus ist es sehr gemütlich, sauber und ordentlich geführt. Die Menschen sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist natürlich ein 2*Sterne Hotel, bitte erwarte jetzt keinen Standard eines 4*Hauses. Ich war schon in anderen Hotels mit Riesenbuffet zum Frühstück, wovon ich das meiste nicht brauchte, und einem Luxuszimmer, wo ich die meiste Zeit des Tages nicht war. Was aber Atmosphäre und Freundlichkeit angeht, ist das 103 auch ein 4*Superior Hotel. Und wichtig: Es hat einen Aufzug, was viele kleinere Hotels auch in Berlin nicht haben. LG
