Located in Alexanderplatz, this hotel is super central and incredibly convenient. The subway is right downstairs, and there's even a Burger King attached. Plus, you get an unbeatable view of the Berlin TV Tower, a true landmark, right from your window.

Strategic location. Room size is just nice. Wish they could be more generous with refilling the sparkling water daily. Breakfast buffet spread is good too. The hotel is next to Shopping places like Primark and Alexa Mall. Near Alexanderplatz metro station and Tram.

The place is right in the middle of Alexanderplatz, so you can’t get more central than that. The hotel itself has seen better days and the parking feels like solving a puzzle in expert mode. On the bright side, the staff are super friendly and the rooms do the job. Only downside, the bathroom air conditioning sounded like it was trying to start a rock band.

That was the most horrendous experience I have ever had in all the hotels. The reception staff’s attitude were terrible and very disrespectful. Wasted the whole family’s afternoon time in dealing with this stubborn attitudes upon checking in, destroying the whole vacation’s mood and vibe.

Shower screw to the bar  was loose so I needed to hold the shower all along . Not comfortable

The location is very nice. In general everything is good. I was shocked that upon making check out the reception wanted to charge me 2 EUR for the luggage room. I was intended to go to have fast breakfast very early morning and leave 1 suitcase in the luggage room for 20 minutes. The hotel said that I can bring my luggage back to the room free or to pay 2 eur))) it is not friendly at all.

Great hotel to explore Berlin. Close to Alexanderplatz trainstation. The hotel has a luggage room to use if arriving or leaving late, for a small charge. We used this on arrival and departure 👍. The rooms were of a good size and the beds were very comfortable, with the showers having plenty of pressure and hot water. We had breakfast every morning. This was plentiful and varied. Overall I would recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel is right above the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The rooms are quite upscale for European standards, and you can even see the Berlin TV Tower from the window. Downstairs, there's an Asian supermarket where you can buy food items from back home.

My Berlin nightmare happened right here. I urge anyone booking this hotel to be extremely careful with their luggage. While on a business trip to Germany, my backpack, containing my passport, laptop, some cash, and a charger, was stolen from the hotel lobby around 2:40 PM on the day of my return flight. Yes, just a few hours before boarding, right in the hotel lobby! The lobby is completely open-plan, with many people coming and going, so there are professional thieves targeting your belongings! There are many pickpockets in this area, and the environment is quite chaotic (though some might find it lively). If you don't want to end up like me, having to delay your return by 1-2 days, please be very careful of the people around you, or book a hotel in a safer environment. I hope the hotel can address the security issues in the lobby, otherwise, these kinds of problems will definitely continue to occur!
