The hotel location is good but rooms are very small and very old. They offer very poor breakfast. Toilet flash tank in my room was broken and couldnt flash. instead i've been told to use waste bucket to pour water in.
Generally the price and service is not value for money.

相當不滿意，最差，沒有之一，服務態度極度惡劣，不友好，前台不會英文，攜程代為退房，第二天取行李讓，前台不是24小時，昨天前臺中午12點關門還房卡已經沒人，今早還房卡，前台向住客索要70歐元房費告知攜程處理前台還説不同意還要70歐元現金並且拒絕信用卡付款，威脅超過中午12點不拿走行李還要再收取70歐元，也就是一天時間想要收取行李寄存140歐元，簡直是黑店，還有歧視嫌疑，全球酒店第一次遇到

So old fashioned and dirty facility. Not clean. Terrible place to stay for the money value. Never recommend it only except for the location which is just close to the metro U-bahn.

定的單人房安排在閣樓，小且不説，關鍵是不打掃衞生，連續住了九個晚上，居然一次衞生也不搞，要求前台搞衞生，居然給個垃圾袋讓自己搞。來柏林前通過攜程分四次預訂了這家接近一個月的住宿，住到第5天網絡壞了，説兩天後來人修理，適逢週末，可以理解，但是週一也沒見修好，無奈自己花每24小時5歐跟酒店另外買流量，我也沒搞懂，為啥花錢能買流量，酒店免費提供的卻不能用，更要命的是，住到第7天，酒店開始裝修，吵**那種，趕緊退了後兩週預訂，好在當時留了心眼，按限時取消付費價格定的，但是，接下來8個晚上的住宿衹忍了兩天説啥也受不了啦，撤了，換酒店，白白損失兩百多歐。最糟糕的一次預訂體驗。
