Centro Hotel Kurfurstendamm

Lovely Hotel in super great location, close to the Tauentziehstrasse, Wittenbergplatz etc. so shopping in general, in the KDW especially, restaurants etc all super close by. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, especially corner rooms, and overall brilliant experience. I had to go to Urania to attend an event and this is very close by (3 min walk), so this was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!!

The room is very comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. The staff were all polite and friendly. Main draw backs our aircon was always cold and couldn’t make it any warmer. The tv only has 1 English speaking Chanel and it wouldn’t allow us to mirror our phones to watch anything. The breakfast is ok but overpriced and this is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that has no tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Our stay at the Titanic Comfort Kurfurstendamm was an outstanding experience. To begin with, the room was very comfortable -spacious, clean and bright- and overlooking a beautiful street. Then the staff -especially Blanca and Jan- were very polite and professional, always ready to give you useful information or good advice. And last, but not least, the breakfast delicious and more than enough to set you up for the day. The attendants in the breakfast room were also very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is situated at a location that can be reached by public transport. The check in and out speed is effective and free Wi-Fi increases the satisfaction. The out of order elevator is affecting the comfort and dissatisfaction continues with the old room design. They need to refurbish the room. The breakfast is satisfactory. I suggest for only short occasions.

I’m writing this so that others are careful because what started as a great vacation turned into a terrible experience. I stayed at Titanic hotel for 4 days , throughout everyday I’d leave the hotel to go explore the rest of the city all was fine till the third day when I got ready to leave the room only to find a huge sum of money gone from mine and friend envelopes that were kept in the safe. Keeping in mind that I had done all the steps needed the days before to make sure the safe was working which made me believe it was someone who surely had a master key that would do such a thing but what struck me the most was how the manager only called the police and felt sorry yet didn’t take any further actions or tried to help in any other way even though they knew that my family and I were tourists from Egypt who carried cash around instead of using visa even while checking in. This most definitely ruined the rest of our trip as we sadly couldn’t get the money back and we can’t use the visa due to the policies of our country. So I genuinely and honestly do not recommend going to this hotel especially if you are a tourist carrying a large sum of money.
