They seem to have never heard about hygienic products... like toothbrush and toothpaste etc., bed sheets were like sandpapers, very hard to sleep. And the check in time and check out time is not reasonable. Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am????? Come on that is not how you operate a hostel or hotel whatever you call that place...

A German youth hostel chain. Many high school students or college students in Berlin like to book this hotel. There are many people running back and forth in the hotel corridor every night. It is very close to Berlin Central Station and the price is relatively cheap. Overall, if you have enough budget, I recommend choosing another place.
