The sewage is bad, so the hot water in the shower keeps building up.
You can check in by yourself, but it didn't work so I had to get a staff member to check you in. There was no menu at the bar in the lobby, so I found a website and was able to order and pay from there, but the staff didn't seem to know and just paid with electronic money.
It said there was a shared kitchen, but it was locked and couldn't be used.
I'm not sure about the sheets and towels being washed. There was hair everywhere.

A&O is a hotel chain. I stayed in A&O in Cologne, Munich and Berlin. It is economical, clean and very good.

It was a youth hostel and when we arrived there were so many kids. Kids are kids some are polite some are boisterous. In general I am happy with hostel. The breakfast was good.

They seem to have never heard about hygienic products... like toothbrush and toothpaste etc., bed sheets were like sandpapers, very hard to sleep. And the check in time and check out time is not reasonable. Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am????? Come on that is not how you operate a hostel or hotel whatever you call that place...
