H2 Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz

Great location and a decent breakfast. The room was a bit small, but for this price in Berlin, it's acceptable. Good for a short stay, but the pillows are extremely thin – I felt like if I stayed another night, my neck would be sore. It's a very modern hotel, and overall, it was good.

The breakfast was good, but the room was a bit small, definitely not 20 square meters. Everything else was fine; issues were promptly addressed and resolved. The location was convenient. However, I'd still recommend staying closer to the zoo.

The location is pretty good, but having stayed at Hampton by Hilton before, there's a bit of a downgrade. If you love walking, you can reach all the main Berlin attractions on foot. You'll barely need to buy any public transport tickets, except for trips to Potsdam and the airport. So, if you plan your return journey and Potsdam trip within the same 24-hour period, you can save even more on transportation. I have to say, Trip.com is getting stingier with their reward points. There's really no need to be so petty.

Excellent hotel! My flight landed very early, so I arrived at the hotel before 9 am. I expected to just drop off my luggage and check in later in the afternoon, but they let me check in right away. The room was clean and hygienic, though the pillows were a bit too thin and soft; I needed to use two to be comfortable. The breakfast area is spacious with a wide variety of options. The location is convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. Great value for money, highly recommend!

Great location with convenient transportation. The breakfast was also good. It's easy to get to nearby shops and the subway station. There's a direct subway line to the airport. The staff have a good work attitude, and the price is reasonable.
