The staff was nice, the room was exactly as is was shown in the picture, good cleaning. There was coffe, towels and everything I would need in the room. At the entrance they gave flavoured water and fruit. Really enjoyed it!

All good . Excellent, locaton, excellent people (great staff !!), helpful, reasonable rates (unless you have to extend your stay and then somehow you go to "normal rate" of almost double ( I presume this is kind of standar process of booking but need to have excemtions for current visitors that they need extension). TERRIBLE WIFI !! (BUT THIS IS THA CASE FOR MOST BERLIN HOTELS THAT IA HVE STAYED)

Very Nice hotel in the center of Berlin. Close to subway. Very friendly and polite staff, really good breakfast and very delicious food and wine in the restaurant. Nice and clean room.

We were surprised but loved the unusual deco. Very dark wood and chic, good quality fittings. Our bed being rather too large for the room was our only problem. Tea and coffee is free of charge in the room. We found TV news channels in French and English. The staff are very friendly and the location is perfect for visiting Berlin. Saturday night was party night in the restaurant and made our stay all the more fun.

The staff was helping and welcoming. The room was a little bit tiny, but it still had everything it needed and was well furnished. Quiet area. If I went back to Berlin I would go back and stay overnight.
