I travel a lot all over Europe, and in my opinion they seem to have got this apartment about right. The design has obviously been very carefully thought out. It could perhaps do with a few more utensils/equipment in the kitchen, but most people probably won't want to do the amount of cooking for themselves as I usually do. It was extremely clean and generally very comfortable. I thought there was going to be a washing machine (which I would not have needed this time anyway) but I didn't see one. All the staff I met were very helpful, and I was grateful for the opportunity to leave my bags safely whilst I went to a meeting on the last morning. The price was favourable compared to similar styles of apartments in Berlin, and I would return. If you don't know Berlin, this area is recognised as a very good part of the city. There's an excellent REWE supermarket a 5 minute walk away on Bismarkstrasse, opposite Deutshe Oper, next to Shakespeareplatz.

The reception and service were excellent and friendly, the location was lovely, and the room was quiet and clean.
It was well-equipped, and I immediately felt at home and very comfortable.
Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dishcloths, and towels were provided, and there were also shower and handwashing facilities.
There are no other amenities, but there's a Rossmann drugstore and several supermarkets right next door.
A welcome bottle of water is only available at the entrance, not in the room.
A few coffee capsules would also be a nice addition. Unfortunately, it's not worth buying a 10-pack for a short stay.

The shower in the room they wanted to put us in was broken
Then I had to pay 45€ more so that I could get a decent room, which isn't that great. I've already paid enough and had to pay on top of that, very sad
