Bitte buchen Sie nicht. Warum? Es wird bewußt der Lärm und die Lichtverschmutzung verschwiegen. Nur soviel: Die TRAM hält direkt vor dem Eingang. Die BilligBauArt des Gebäudes ist für diesen Standort ungeeignet. Weder Wand, Fenster noch Vorhang sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Was noch? Ein defekter Fernseher. Eine defekte Sicherung verhindert die Nutzung einer Steckdose und sorgt für einen elektronischen Komplettausfall in der Küche. Ein Customer-Service, der nicht 24 h/7 erreichbar ist und somit auf Reklamationen zeitversetzt [hier: 12 h] antwortet. Auch ein CHECK-IN ist mit viel Arbeit verbunden [hier: schreiben, telefonieren, telefonieren, schreiben usw. und so fort]. Ein tropfender Abfluß im Badezimmer. Der mangelnde Luftaustauch innerhalb des Gebäudes sorgt für üble Gerüche im Fahrstuhl, Treppenhaus und Flur. Diese dringen, dank des großen Türspaltes, leicht in die Suite hinein. Was dann ein Lüften bei Lärm erfordert. FAZIT: Der Gast wird zum Gastgeber da er zahlreiche Techniker, in nur wenigen Stunden des Aufenthaltes, empfängt.

It is located in a lively and pleasant area. U-Bahn and S-Bahn, however, are not in the immediate vicinity. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast because it seemed expensive compared to Italian standards, also considering that in Germany organic food has really low prices. I would also recommend planning for a non-veg option. I agree with the ecological line and the decision to give up some comforts such as mini-bar, air conditioning in common areas, etc. However, I would have liked this effective saving for the hotel to correspond to a small saving also on the rates applied to customers. That said, the facility is very pleasant and the staff impeccable.

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gemütliches und durchdacht nachhaltiges Konzept. Köstliches reichhaltiges vegan/vegetarisches Frühstücksbuffet. Beste Laune und Stimmung im gesamten Hotel und unter den Mitarbeiter*innen. Nur die Straßenbahnen sind nachts ein bisserl laut ;-)

The bed is below all description (too deep, with a saggy mattress), the TV is a dime, when checking in the credit card is required and immediately copied on both sides (with a security code). An absolute "no go" of data security!
