Excellent service, extremely nice, attentive staff, clean room and bathroom, new furniture, small bar in the lobby area with acceptable prices and very friendly service. Highly recommended breakfast buffet, selection and offerings can hardly be topped. They deserved one more star for that.

The hotel is very clean and that is my top priority in Corona times. The employees are all really very nice and helpful... just great! I have rarely experienced such friendly staff in a hotel. The breakfast offers everything you need and in the “tasty” version. Sausage and cheese are not cheaply packaged goods, but solid and tasty. The buffet offers different types of rolls, bread, scrambled eggs, cereal, sausage, cheese, jam, yogurt, apples, pickles, boiled eggs (milk, coffee, tea, cocoa, espresso, water, etc.) ... I'm sure I'll have something forget. For a hotel of this category, the breakfast is very awesome. It's no problem at all to invite a guest over for breakfast in the morning... just inform reception by the afternoon and it's up and running. Thank you again for the beautifully set birthday table for my mother and the great bouquet of flowers. Rarely have I experienced special requests being implemented so naturally and so well. We had a premium room, newly renovated and a reasonable mattress on the bed. We both have problems with our intervertebral discs and rely on decent mattresses. We slept very well in these beds. By the way, there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel and you can reach everything by public transport. We were traveling by car and didn't use public transport. We were able to park the car in the hotel's own parking lot for free. If you like, you can also use the underground car park, but for a fee. The corona protection measures were all implemented very well in the hotel. We will come back! Thank you all!
