Die Lage ist gut. Leider war es unter dem Bett schmutzig. Ansonsten waren das Zimmer, die Dusche und die Toilette sauber. Es fehlten jedoch Einwegschlappen, Gläser, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee und Hygieneartikel. Die Minibar war leer, es sollten zumindest Wasserflaschen bereitgestellt werden. Es gab nur Handtücher. Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht einwandfrei – lange Wartezeiten und grundloses Anhalten in Stockwerken, auch wenn niemand den Aufzug gerufen hatte. Um ins Parkhaus zu gelangen, muss man aus dem Auto aussteigen und am Tor eine Münze einwerfen. Allerdings erhält man nur eine Münze an der Rezeption. Um weitere Münzen zu erhalten, muss man erneut zur Rezeption gehen. Die Heizung hat leider auch nicht funktioniert, das Zimmer war kalt. Mein Freund ist mitten in der Nacht aufgewacht, weil es ihm zu kalt war.

Lovely stay in a great city. Very clean, comfortable and modern in a great location between Wittenbergplatz and Nollendorfplatz. Breakfast was excellent. All staff very pleasant and helpful from the front desk to breakfast. Bed very comfy, bathroom and shower facilities excellent.
Would very much stay here again the next time I come to Berlin.
