Happy with the hotel. Lobby manager Harun was very friendly and polite. Good location, located strategically close to Gesundbrunnen station. Overall satisfied with the stay.

The location is good, with S-Bahn and U-Bahn around and it gets to most places in Berlin.
Plenty of options of food for breakfast. The hotel is clean and tidy. The capsule coffee machine in the room didn’t work but they came and fixed it during the way so it was fine.
The only drawback is the hotel check in system: the self-check in doesn’t work and it just creates more work for the reception.

What was great (truly impressive):
• The facilities are excellent, and you can tell the hotel is brand new.
• The spa and sauna are fantastic — a real highlight of the experience.
• The restaurant food is good, although in the past it felt stronger (it seemed like you previously had a better chef).
Main opportunity to improve (Front Desk):
The self-service check-in works very well operationally, but the front desk service is still disappointing on the human side. In terms of warmth, soft skills, and customer care, the experience feels below the standard of the hotel. The how matters as much as the what.

Had an amazing time staying at the hotel, very close to transport links especially the s and u bhan train. Really enjoyed the stay, the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to others and will be coming back again for sure during summer 2026.

This hotel feels like a great value for money in Berlin. The facilities are new and complete, the rooms are spacious and clean, and they even provide Rituals toiletries, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff are friendly and polite when handling requests like luggage storage. They also offer self-check-in, which avoids disturbing guests. If you have a 24-hour metro ticket and can ride freely, the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station. If you're not concerned about distance, it's an excellent choice.
