The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we arrived too early for check-in, we relaxed in the lobby for a while. To our pleasant surprise, the staff allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which we truly appreciated. My friend and I were able to enjoy a refreshing nap in the afternoon. The room was comfortable and clean, although the water flow in the shower was a bit weak and the room felt a bit hot for summer. Despite these minor issues, I would still rate this hotel 10/10 because of the outstanding service we received.

The location is served best by bus.
Otherwise, there is zoologischer garten station, which is about 30min walk or 12min bus journey, from which you can get access to train network
There are lots of restaurants in Kaiser Wilhelm Church area, and shopping heaven on Kurfürstendamm Road
Clean apartment
Kitchen is not appropriate for making anything decent meals because the smoke ventilator is not the best and there is possibility of triggering the smoke alarm. So best avoid cooking

位置絕佳，距離柏林各經典都非常便捷，去了夏洛滕堡宮，間諜博物館，非常方便。
因為國際航班很早到達，奈斯的前台小姐姐貼心地準備了房間很早就能入住（歐洲通常下午三點才能入住）。
整潔乾淨自然是不用説，還看上能做飯的優勢，衹是沒有提供食用油，還是不夠全面，但提了要求也沒有完善的意思，還需加強哦

This is a brand new hotel in a good location in West Berlin, about ten/fifteen minutes from the closest S-Bahn or subway station. All rooms have a kitchen. The staff were nice. There is one rather serious problem, the rooms have no air conditioning. Beware! From late May to September Berlin can be very hot. My room was on the top floor and it was tough. Also really complicated is the laundry. I wanted to use it for a quick wash but ran into a complex maze. An app has to be downloaded and it is not easy to use. Instead of 4 Euro guests have to pay 20 Euro as a minimum deposit. Retrieving the unspent balance is complicated. It is easier to go to a coin laundry.

Not the best visit, I'm afraid. The property is challenging to access (the hotel I booked under is named something different) and when I arrived at the hotel, the reception desk was closed. I had to check into another hotel's desk, which wasn't very clear.
I also think the fact the rooms are only cleaned weekly to be a big downside. The rooms accumulate a lot of dust, so much so that when I checked into the room it was dusty already. After 2 nights, it was very noticeable, but I don't think its fair to expect guests to pay for housekeeping when the building is so dust/dirt prone.
I wouldn't recommend staying again.

Check in was difficult as I received no instruction in English how to
Obtain my key as there’s no receptionist . The room I had was like a Sauna and with no A/C. Luckily the staff at the NUI next door were excellent and helped me with getting in and changing my room.
