Luxoise Apartments

This is aa very clean furnished apartment. There’s no reception or hotel services. The apartments are large with full kitchen and bath, laundry and coffee machine. There was no elevator in my part of the apartment building but some units seem to have elevators. Management was very responsive. The neighborhood is Friedrichshain which has a Brooklyn/Berlin vibe. Lots of places to eat, drink ans shop. Tram on the corner and about ten minutes U Bahn

Great property, very cool neighborhood and close to all the fun and to transportation is needed. However, even though you have a balcony space you can not use it to smoke, which I find ridiculous if the door is closed. But would stay again.

One of the biggest apartments I’ve ever rented. Huge rooms and well stocked kitchen. We stayed in the 3 double bed with balcony facing front. The ground coffee machine was an added bonus! Got a little nervous about receiving access instructions but they arrived by email after checkin time. Hopefully will be back 👍

It is rare to find a well-furnished flat in Friedrichshain. I’ve stayed at plenty of flats in the area, but the Luxoise Apartments are the only ones I’d repeat. Clean, well-furnished, very conveniently located for the clubs in Friedrichshain, and easily accessible from BER via Ostkreuz (15 min walk; one stop on the FEX).

Incredible value for money. Clean, spacious, everything one needs for one day or much longer. Furniture a bit used and not most modern, but all in all a great place to stay, I’d book it again.

Mid-December stay. Wonderful old building on a lovely quiet street. This was a beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet (bedrooms faced the inner courtyard), comfortable place to stay in Berlin, modern bathroom and kitchen, washer and dryer, towel rack warmer, comfy beds. A stone's throw from a tram and a nice walk to Warschauer Straße station and other points of interest in Berlin. Park and weekend farmers market right around the corner. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Some observations: 1) check-in was a bit confusing -- when we arrived we had to wait for someone to greet us at the front door as we didn't have the entrance code and also didn't know where we were supposed to go once inside; 2) our flat was two flights up and there was no elevator we could use to schlep our 3-weeks of luggage up the stairs; and 3) paying was tricky as we booked through ******* but then received a bunch of emails, asking us to pay through a direct payment system used by the hotel, not *******, and we weren't sure if we were being scammed. After some email communication back and forth with Luxoise, I was more reassured. Would definitely stay there again!
