It is clean and the location is very good. There is a train station and a large mart within 3 minutes on foot, so it is very convenient. In particular, you can arrive in 2 stops by fex from the airport. Meals are good too. I have intention to revisit.

The couch was cramped for 2 adults. The slats were broken. We slept on the floor and then a 90 cm wide bed was installed for one of the people sleeping on the floor. The other continued to sleep on the floor. The 90cm bed was collapsing from the front in the middle of the night.

Quality accomodation but when you book an 'apart hotel' with a large kitchen, one expects to get plates, knives and forks, an oven ... All these thing where €30 extra/day and where not mentioned on the ******* website.

Sono stato per tre notti in questa struttura situata a Berlino, zona Gesundbrunnen. Vicino ad un grande centro commerciale (praticamente di fronte) provvisto di ogni tipo di negozi (alimentari, supermarket ed altro) e alla fermata U-Bahn e S-Bahn di Gesundbrunnen, entrambe comodissime. Con la U-Bahn in 5 fermate sei ad Alexanderplatz mentre con la S-Bahn in 10 minuti sei a Friedrichstrasse. La sera nelle vicinanze c'è solo un ristorante, non c'è molto "movimento", questo perché è una zona residenziale ma con Uber (con 10 euro arrivi a Potsdamer Platz) e con i mezzi pubblici non c'è alcuna difficoltà. Personale molto giovane ma cortese, gentile e preparato (difatti non mi ritrovo per niente con le altre recensioni in cui veniva detto che il personale era scortese e scostante, anzi). La colazione non l'ho provata. La struttura è nuova e le stanze sono provviste anche di una piccola zona cucina (non ha però l'angolo cottura) con bollitore, caffè, te, camomilla e bicchieri/tazze. Pulizia nella norma. Bagno abbastanza grande e gli asciugami li cambiavano anche ogni giorno se avevi necessità. Io ho soggiornato nell'ala degli appartamenti e al primo piano ci sono delle macchinette per acqua, bibite e snack vari. Reception 24/24 (io lo ritengo fondamentale). Lo consiglierei.

The hotel was fine with very friendly staff. However, it is very misleading when they indicate a kitchenette. It comprises of cupboards, kettle for tea/ instant coffee and very small fridge. No other appliances or dishes are provided……not a toaster or microwave. If you would like these, we were told that it would be an additional 30 euros a day. I was very disappointed as I booked this hotel because of the kitchenette since we were spending 11 days in Berlin. Had I known in advance, I likely wouldn’t have switched hotels since the one I had previously booked included a full kitchen. The extra fee was not indicated in the property details. I had to scroll to find it.
