The apartment is situated in a great location near shops and the Rathaus Neukölln U-Bahn station. It is a fifteen minute walk from the lovely Körnerpark. The bed was not made up with linens when we arrived. Instead, the bed had a filthy, rough gauze covering that appeared to serve the purpose of securing the mattress topper. It took three miserable days to remedy the issue after reporting it to the absentee property manager—who, as of this writing, insists that I am mistaken (or lying) about this. Although the apartment has a cooker, it was useless as there are were no pans available. A single 14cm frying pan appeared three days after the property manager was made aware.

Nous avons loué l’appartement « de luxe » pour un séjour en famille de 4 jours. Certes, il est placé près du métro. Mais franchement pas du tout adapté pour une famille. En guise de salle de bain, il faut se contenter du lave-mains des toilettes…et la pression de la douche qui doit être très forte pour maintenir l’eau chaude : difficile de doucher bébé et enfants dans ces conditions. Immeuble très bruyant, on vit avec les voisins…compte tenu du prix payé, nous sommes très déçus.
