Modern and warm hotel with all amenities of an airport hotel. The SBahn is literally in front of the hote (S9), one stop away of BER. The shuttle from the hotel is 10€ each way. I enjoyed my stay in loginn hotel although it is really remote, like the airport is remote. checkin was super easy. rooms are modern, clean. breakfast pretty much standard. The big difference to me was Sami at the restaurant/bar who made me feel very welcome. When I arrived late the first night and asked for food the kitchen was officially closed but he got out of his way to bake a pizza although the lobby and bar was pretty full. He also makes an effort to talk to guests and speaks a few languages. Thank you Sami for giving this place some extra warmth and character!

Das merkt man. Die Zimmer sind einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß: Kein Safe, keine Kaffeemaschine, nicht eine einzige Schublade, Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und Wäscheleine. Keine Kosmetikartikel (außer Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife), obwohl damit geworben wurde. Ausgefranste, hauchdünne Handtücher (siehe Foto), keine Bademäntel (obwohl Sauna und Fitness im Haus), keine Pantoffeln. - Im Bad roch es unangenehm, die völlig verdreckte und verkeimte Lüftung (siehe Foto) macht eher alles noch schlimmer. - Uns wurde beim Einchecken nicht gesagt, dass man Housekeeping extra bestellen muss. Wo gibt's denn sowas?? Man hatte uns aber zugesagt, zumindest die Handtücher zu tauschen, was aber nicht erfolgte. Das für den Folgetag von uns bestellte Housekeeping erfolgte dann eher oberflächlich. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt, die leere Kosmetiktücherbox ignoriert. - Es gibt in der Tiefgarage weder Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder noch Lademöglichkeiten für E-Bikes. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, wir sollen unsere Bikes einfach mit ins Zimmer nehmen und dort laden. Haben wir dann gemacht. Mit den Bikes durch dir Lobby, rein in den Aufzug, die langen Flure entlang gefahren und dann ab ins Zimmer. - Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Sehr viel Aufbackware und aus Großpackungen. Die Stühle im Restaurant sind teilweise fleckig und durchgesessen. Auch hier merkt man das Alter. - Mittags haben wir das Restaurant mal getestet. Die Qualität war ok, allerdings fehlten wesentliche Zutaten beim bestellten Salat. ”Die hat der Azubi in der Küche wohl vergessen”. Alles in allem aus meiner Sicht absolut keine Empfehlung. Wenn ich mir die ****-Dehoga-Kriterien anschaue, werden diese nicht eingehalten.

This is great if you stay in Berlin for a few days. It’s good that public transport is right outside the hostel. It’s a bit far from the main city so you will have to get a few public transport to get there. The beds are squeaky but comfortable enough. The television is in German which is expected. There is no rooms with a shower or toilet in them, so you will have to walk to the shower and toilet. It is a shared bathroom. You will need to give separate deposit if you need towels and utensils and to wash and dry your clothes. The deposit can only be made in cash. There are no bins in the room but the rooms do have a fridge and a locker and a table and chairs. The hostel is great for sleeping and then leaving the next day to do activities.

The hotel is very good, more than 20 minutes from Berlin city by S train. After buying the tickets on the platform, you must remember to plug in the machine next to it to check the time~ If it is a small group of 5 people, it is recommended to buy a team ticket~ more cost-effective~ The service staff is also very patient. We deducted 25 euros per room one or two days before check-in. We asked about things every day. The hotel staff explained to us very clearly. In contrast, the Ctrip staff showed their shortcomings. After a while, we replied to us. Afterwards, Ctrip called: 1 did not contact us hotel. 2 They can help us ask questions as friends. We are a little angry at the end. We are wondering why we are ”helping” as ”friends” to ask? Instead of being an official booking platform? We believe in Ctrip. However, we are not satisfied with the previous resolution of this matter. It is hoped that Ctrip can have a better communication and handling mechanism in handling timely problems in the future. The hotel was only 15-20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Check in was relatively quick and all reception staff spoke a good level of English. The room was extremely hot and there was no air-con which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Rooms were clean but simple and appeared to be slightly dated as were the bathrooms. We had an excellent meal out on the terrace in the evening overlooking the river. The service was fantastic as was the food. The hotel is approx. 35 minutes from Berlin City Centre by taxi which cost about 40 euros.

I went to a hotel near LEC Studios and booked a roll cup. I am alone and the staff is very friendly. The toiletries are three kinds of shampoo and shower gel, no toothbrush and toothpaste, and no slippers in my room. A cleaner opened the door and I was surprised that I went to Harlow right away...so I saw the service level.. ^^ The hotel itself is not bad, but don't expect...! The bus to Schönefeld Airport is right in front of you.

Nice, clean, excellent location. nice room. Excellent location for public means. Unique neo breakfast at 19 euros. too expensive. However, in the surroundings many opportunities at low prices. nice staff. Only one night without beds but they made us a discount.

Great location for a family visit, also a good starting point for visits to the eastern part of Berlin. Altogether everything made a very clean impression; Room, shower, dishes. Only the hob was smeared, but it could also have been due to too much cleaning paste. We can't rate it because we didn't use the kitchenette. Self-sufficiency is not a problem, because the Adlershof shopping center (Kaufland, etc.) is a 10-minute walk away. We enjoyed breakfast with the family, otherwise, if you don't want to prepare it yourself, you would have to go to a hotel or restaurant a few doors down. This is bad in Corona times, as some restaurants in the area were closed. So check beforehand. Depending on the location of the apartment there can also be a bit more street noise, we were lucky we were near the parking area, it was quiet there. Although there was little activity over Christmas, the parking lanes along the surrounding streets were well occupied, which can mean that you cannot find a parking space in the immediate area during peak periods. The staff was very friendly, we also liked that the cleaning was only carried out on request. Definitely a worthwhile alternative to hotel stays that we will definitely use again.
