The hotel location was convenient for our trip. Our room was large, and the bathroom was great, but the front desk staff, when we checked in, was awful. The mobile key feature didn't work and the staff's response was "we sent the key info so the problem is with your app." I pointed put that the app is from Marriott, it's not mine, and things went downhill from there. This woman should find a new job, not in the hospitality industry. The front desk staff, the next morning, was much better. We expect ted a free breakfast (I'm a lifetime Titanium member) but it was not easy. The 24-hour pantry did provide free milk and juice, a goo start but I had to press for more.
