We booked a room well in advance for the weekend of the solar eclipse. When I called recently to confirm our reservation, they claimed that since they are under new ownership that they don't have any record of our reservation, the hotel is full for my date, and they will not honor our reservation. Now I am trying to pursue a refund for the amount that I paid for a reservation they won't honor and they are refusing to refund me and giving me the run around. I've sent them the confirmation of my reservation and proof of my credit card being charged, still no response. I would not recommend giving them any of your money.
