The air conditioning did not work with 30 degrees in Pamplona. The television didn't work either. When I notified the reception of the situation, an employee with obvious problems speaking Spanish verified that this was indeed the case and informed me of the impossibility of changing rooms. Fair breakfast but in general everything was correct as agreed and the stars available although I did not like charging 3 euros per day to have the car inside the premises. For the rest, it complied with the cleanliness because it is a hotel in an industrial estate and on the outskirts of Pamplona.
