Titolare estremamente attento e gentile. Ambiente pulito e silenzioso. Letti comodi (soffro di mal di schiena e quando dormo fuori è sempre una tragedia). Nel nostro caso il bagno era ad uso esclusivo, ma esterno alla camera. Per noi non è stato un problema. Pulito, spazioso e confortevole.

Stanza ricavata nell'alloggio del proprietario al secondo piano: accessibile tramite SCALA RIPIDA E STRETTA (si fa fatica a salire con una valigia). Letto ESTREMAMENTE scomodo che non permette di riposare adeguatamente in quanto fa la "conca": forse per via delle reti di vecchia fattura. Infissi delle finestre in legno con VETRI anni 60/70 (estremamente SOTTILI e delicati / fragili). Gli infissi così fatti non isolano dai rumori esterni tantè che alle ore 6 e 30' i rintocchi (circa 60) delle campane si sentono come se fossero in casa. Bagno nuovo ma senza finestra. Colazione all'italiana abbondante, senza succhi o yogurt. COSA RIPROVEVOLE: dopo la recensione su booking, il proprietario Ermenegildo mi scrive in privato e tral'altro afferma: "STIA A CASETTA SUA... SOLO DEI PROFESSIONISTI POSSONO CURARLA" La chat è salvata !!!

Stanza ricavata nell'alloggio del proprietario al secondo piano: accessibile tramite scala ripida e stretta (si fa fatica a salire con una valigia). Letto ESTREMAMENTE scomodo che non permette di riposare adeguatamente in quanto il materasso fa la "conca" forse per via delle reti che, purché sembrino nuove, sono di vecchia fattura. Infissi dei vetri in legno con vetri SINGOLI anni 60/70 (estremamente sottili e delicati / fragili). Bagno nuovo e ben fatto seppur senza finestra. La colazione all'italiana risulta sufficientemente abbondante seppur senza succhi di frutta o yogurt. NOTA INCREDIBILE: il proprietario signor Ermenegildo due giorni dopo la recensione di mia moglie (con gli stessi contenuti / toni) mi scrive privatamente, ho prenotato a mio nome (ho salvato la chat che non pubblico per privacy) e tra'altro mi dice: "... stia a casetta sua... Solo dei professionisti possono curarla".

Il B&B è squisitamente pulito (asciugamani e lenzuola erano profumatissimi). Il proprietario è molto gentile, disponibile e ci ha preparato una ottima colazione. Parcheggio interno alla struttura. Lo consiglio, veramente una piccola chicca. Ma, e per questo non ho messo le 5 stelle, armatevi di tappi per orecchie... il mio sonno è stato scandito ogni ora dalle campane della chiesa del paese. Forse il mio sonno è leggero, mio marito e mio figlio non hanno sempre sentito le campane.... vi consiglio comunque i tappi!

Piacevole sosta di una notte a Bertiolo, tranquillo paesino a mezz'ora da Lignano Sabbiadoro. Il bed and breakfast è semplice, accogliente e pulito. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. Il proprietario discreto ma al contempo disponibile e guida preziosa. Colazione casalinga.
