Premier Inn Berwick Upon Tweed Hotel

Hotel is in a very good location in the centre near the old town walls. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Premier Inn is always reliable and good value for money.

We arrived just before the restaurant closed. Despite this we got out of our motorcycle gear having travelled from John o groats and our food was waiting for us. The food was fantastic and the staff were so helpful.Thank you so much for for everything. The twin room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. 100% recommend a stay here. 👌 couldn't ask for better service. Thans guys, you went above and beyond.

First time in Berwick Upon T****. hotel is in a great location. The front of house staff are excellent, friendly and happy to see you. This makes a massive difference. Only down side is they are very busy so sometimes service is a little slow - not their fault, only two of them with 30-40 guests in. the restaurant to look after.

We often stay at this hotel when visiting family and it is always clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are fresh and tasty. On our most recent visit the staff went above and beyond for our young family and Julia was exceptional with our little girl.

Firstly I want to say that the staff are a credit to this company. They were prepared to give 110% to their guest even on the busiest days/evening always with a smile. This is our 3rd visit and won’t be our last Berwick is ideal base to explore the Scottish Borders and visit the castles in Northumberland,although the town it self is beginning to to look run down

We enjoyed our recent stay at this Premier Inn, overall very satisfied . The staff were particularly helpful and accommodating during our stay. The Easter treat left outside our room was a lovely touch!

Best check in ever julia was super efficient and friendly. I have visited numerous premier inns over the years and found the welcome by Julia the best by a clear mile . Katya who was on pate at night was fabulous nothing was roo much trouble. Thank you I will be back

Our trip to Berwick was enhanced by the wonderful staff at Premier Inn, especially Susan, who went over and above to make us welcome. Premier Plus room was good and the whole hotel was clean and quiet at night. Breakfast wasn’t too busy with enough choice of food.

Thank you to the staff at the Berwick-upon-Tween Premier Inn -- Laura, Zander, Susan, Kerry and Julia are amazing people!!! They made my stay so fun and enjoyable. They are such a great team and I am very grateful that I got to meet such lovely staff.
