Personnel super sympa, chambres comfortables, sécurité dans le village, on peux laisser les affaires dans la voiture, incroyable pour des parisiens que nous sommes, bon petit déjeuner , des villages autour 100% de satisfaction Les gens dissent bonjour

Un bonito hotel cerca de Besalú, aunque las calle son un poco estrechas para vehículos grandes , fácil aparcamiento a unos minutos. La limpieza extraordinaria así como el mobiliario en muy buenas condiciones, hacia un poco de frío fuera y con la calefacción perfecta para pasar una noche de descanso agradable y sin molestias de ruidos. El desayuno buffet muy completo con productos de proximidad de muy buena calidad,la tortilla,el pan ,los embutidos ,y tartas riquísimas Lo recomiendo,y la calidad precio me parece estupenda.

Very comfortable, clean hotel. Only downside was that there was hardly anyone in the hotel, therefore facilities were not up to scratch. No bar or food available. This is a very small village and doesn’t have resources other than the ****** bar/restaurant. However, I would recommend the hotel the staff were extremely pleasant and happy to explain the local attractions.

Très joli hôtel, au bout d'une impasse dans le centre de Tortella à 10' de Besalù. La jeune fille qui nous a reçus était particulièrement gentille et attentionnée. La chambre, sous les toits, était certes petite, mais très propre avec une jolie vue sur les toits et la campagne environnante. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent (moins de 70€ pour 2, petit déjeuner compris).

Bel hôtel situé à proximité du parc naturel des volcans. Nous avions une chambre supérieure avec terrasse : parfaite ! C'était très calme et le lit était confortable. Très propre ! Le petit déjeuner était très bien, le pain aux noix est excellent. Le personnel était très agréable. Bon séjour pour nous !

Nos sentimos muy, muy cómodas. Todos los deseos se cumplieron. El personal muy amable y servicial, el lugar muy idílico. Precio/rendimiento super. También es un gran punto de partida para excursiones de todo tipo. ¡Absolutamente recomendable!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado .. Es cómodo, instalaciones sencillas, ofrece un desayuno excelente y el trato del personal es estupendo. Volveremos sin duda muy pronto. Si llegas tarde, cuando ya no está el personal del hotel, se preocupa de contactar contigo para facilitarte el acceso y cualquier cosa que necesites.

La Garrotxa. Una de las principales comarcas de Catalunya dónde hay el máximo esplendor, cultural, en cuanto a la arquitectura, gastronomía y también como Parque Natural; y nos encontramos que el chico que atiende las llamadas, y estando en el puesto más visible de cara al público, resulta que atiende solamente en castellano; no baja del burro y encima por teléfono nos sugiere que nosotros hablemos en castellano que somos los clientes. Es indignante que no intente pronunciar ni una sola palabra; horrible para la dirección del hotel que lo ha contratado y además por la vergüenza que sentimos la gente del país al llamar a la Garrotxa y encontrarnos con ésta situación. Muy decepcionante.

Sólo estuvimos una noche. Al llegar al hostal el señor que nos recibió nos informó del horario del desayuno y le comentamos que teníamos que madrugar y que estábamos fuera de ese horario, nos dijo que nos dejaria algo preparado para llevarnos. Teníamos que ir a dormir pronto y a las 21:00 horas, ya en la habitación, empezamos a oler a guisos. Terrible! Estabamos en una habitación en una especie de entresuelo. Pasadas las 22:30 se acabaron los olores. Por la mañana cuando fuimos a recoger el desayuno no había nada, se habían olvidado. Ah! Y pagamos más de 150€ por la habitación. PD: el secador de pelo no funcionaba
