The hotel is in the back yard. However, it is very tastefully designed.
The only annoying thing was that, although we had made a reservation, we couldn't get a parking space
and so had to walk about 0.5 km in the rain

La chambre dans laquelle j ai séjourné étais petite mais bien décoré et agréable elle est équipée d une bonne machine a café mais le chauffage central est très bruyant c est désagréable . L accès à l hôtel est simple il fut penser à réserver le parking

Beautiful location walking distance to citadelle and old town Besançon near breathtaking views and the gorgeous walking path along the river. The hotel had an eclectic and charming lobby/ lounge. Our room was on the ground floor of an annex type building. It was clean and simple. There is no air conditioning which was not a problem for us in early June but might be in mid summer. There is very limited parking on property and we had to find street parking which was not an easy feat - the staff directed us to a nearby lot which was full the entire stay requiring us to park on a road along the river - perhaps a 5 min walk away. Overall outstanding location and would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on a driving trip through Burgundy. The staff here was exceptional and did everything they could to make our stay easy and comfortable. The hotel itself is charming, and I have to say that the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had on our trip. Also, the hotel is within easy walking distance of everything you want or need to see while visiting Besancon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel welcomed in Besancon.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber gut renoviert und sauber. Das Fenster zeigte zur Hofeinfahrt und Straße, das Zimmer war jedoch angenehm ruhig. Auch das Bad war sehr klein. Die Flure des Hotels sind ansprechend hergerichtet und nicht der normale französische Hotelflur-Muff. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum im Keller war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, das Frühstücksangebot vielfältig und ansprechend - wenn auch teuer. Die Fahrräder konnten in einem Raum sicher untergestellt werden. Zimmer und Bad waren wirklich sehr klein, für das Gepäck war kaum Platz. Wenn schon ein Stuhl in einem kleinen Zimmer steht, dann sollte es nicht ein Blechstuhl mit nackter Blech-Sitzfäche sein - sondern irgendetwas, was ein bißchen Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlt.

Accueil, enregistrement et départ très bien géré par le personnel efficace de l hôtel . Par contre chambre vraiment trop petite heureusement que nous avions 2 petite valise. Petite penderie et aucun endroit pour poser les vêtements. Salle d'eau plutôt grande ! Manque aussi d'isolation phonique au niveau des murs et du sol. Très bon petit déjeuner varié avec confitures artisanale délicieuses. Pensez à réserver le parking car tres petit.

Hôtel en lui-même joli, mais personnel du restaurant vraiment inefficace. Rien n’est frais à part le pain : salade de fruits avariée et goût de moisi, viennoiseries sèches, pas d’approvisionnement lorsque les plats sont vides, fruits pas mûrs, œufs brouillés sortant d’un berlingot. Vraiment décevant. Malgré en avoir avisé le personnel, aucun changement. Gestion du stationnement aussi à revoir. Le Bronx. Et par soucis écologiques, on vous demande si vous avez vraiment besoin d’une femme de ménage pour votre séjour. Soyons honnêtes, la raison est plus économique qu’écologique. Bref, cet hôtel manque sérieusement de management. Passez votre chemin.
