Ce 4 étoiles ne tient pas ses promesses en ce qui concerne le room service pourtant annoncé comme fonctionnant 24 x 24 h. avec des propositions de plateau "au gré du chef". Le restaurant étant clos nous avons eu recours à ce service, mais servi uniquement ... en salle par le réceptionniste. Choix limité à 2 mini marmites de 25 cl environ attendues plus de 70 minutes ave 4 petites tranches de pain sans aucun service ,facturées quand même 25 euros l'unité, pour une qualité digne d'un plat surgelé de la grande distribution. Pour mémoire le menu du restaurant est annoncé à 55 euros comprenant amuse bouche, entrée, plat, dessert et tout le service que l'on imagine. Cherchez l'erreur pour cette mini cassolette surgelée.

Hôtel très calme , très propre , très bon accueil. Une chambre sublime et grande. La salle de bain propre et grande. Une literie de qualité. Hôtel avec vue sur la citadelle. Un petit déjeuner de qualité et délicieux. On vous sert un jus d'orange pressé 😍 L'hôtel possède un restaurant qui sert pour le petit déjeuner de ce fait vous pouvez déjeuner en terrasse avec vue sur le parking et la nature. Calme assuré.

Beautiful historic small hotel with outstanding staff. This small hotel is a true gem- it’s a converted church, restored beautifully with cosy rooms. Very comfortable beds and nice sized bathroom with big shower. What’s truely special about this hotel is the staff- from reception desk to breakfast ladies, everyone is so sweet and accommodating. Food is excellent and great selection of wines. Haven’t tried their spa area but it looks beautiful. Highly recommend and would definitely return when I am back in the area. Thank you for a great stay

Malgré une très jolie bâtisse et un emplacement parfait, cet hôtel ne bénéficie pas des prestations ni du service d'un 4 étoiles. Un petit déjeuner très cher pour un buffet très limité, un parking annoncé gratuit a l'arrivée, payant au départ, une chambre non protégée de la chaleur et étouffante, pas de frigo pour avoir de l'eau fraîche,pas de cafetière, du thé Lipton, la visite de cafards dans la chambre... Et lorsque qu'on le fait remarquer au personnel on nous répond que ce n'est pas de leur faute ou encore que ce n'est pas vrai...La seule solution proposée par l'hôtel à été de quitter les lieux... Nous n'avons jamais été aussi mal reçu et la direction ferait bien d'aller faire un stage a McDo pour commencer a apprendre le service client. Je ne laisse que très rarement un avis mais il me semble nécessaire de faire savoir que cet hôtel est un piège à gogo.

De passage dans la ville, nous avons opté pour cet hôtel. La bâtisse est magnifique ainsi que la décoration intérieure. Le jardin parking très agréable. Nous avons été étonné de ne pas trouver de petit frigo dans la chambre. Comme dit dans d'autres commentaires beaucoup de services à tarification supplémentaire. Le service au petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant mais pour un 4 étoiles nous espérions plus de choix au niveau du buffet. Personnel professionnel et serviable.

After a very busy few days in Disney, we came to Hotel Le Sauvage to relax and recover! A beautiful calm environment, very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Excellent breakfast.The old town of Besançon all within walking distance. Our only disappoint was the evening meal in the hotel restaurant which we were told is under different ownership.

Un hôtel quatre étoiles qui se discute Pas de mini bar dans la chambre Pas de place au spa Nous aurions aimé l’ordre de la réservation au téléphone nous le proposer Nous avions demandé une chambre avec bain Et nous avons hérité du chambre moyenne avec douche Pas de Menu du Restaurant ni du Room SeRVICE dans la chambre et par contre allez savoir les tarifs pour le même menu servi en chambre sont prohibitifs prix plus élevés avec une tax supplémentaire Nous pensions sincèrement avoir fait un bon choix nous sommes très decu Chambre 12 Arrivée aujourd’hui 8 juin

Nice hotel, quiet , very difficult to get to, but very basic. Yes, it is clean, nice service in reception, but it is not 4* standard. May be 3*. The bed is average, room is bare. No minibar, no towel heater, no bedside cabinets / unit ( just a very small shelf not enough even for a phone). The breakfast is ok but basic. I have asked for fruit with no kiwi because of allergy, no can do ) The basic price for the room is ok, but to take extra for breakfast, parking and the spa? Not in a 4*!
