Hotel smells like there is mold/ mildew. So much street noise. People knocking on doors at 1, 130, 2 am No air conditioning until May. Room was too hot. Was checked into an occupied room. If not for all the street noise walls so thin the snoring in next room kept me awake. I travel with a sound conditioner to help mask noise. This was of no help. I am letting the tour company that booked here know also.

Hotel habilitado en una antigua construcción, muy amplio, parece ser que no cuentan con personal en temporada baja, por lo que es probable que no tengan atención las 24 hrs. Los propietarios personas muy amables, la habitación en estado regular, los detalles negativos, no estaba surtido el jabón liquido en la regadera y las camas individuales que juntaron para hacer una grande, eran tipo catres, bastante incomodas, no como una cama normal de hotel

We’ve never been treated so badly. The gentleman at the reception rude, incompetent, arrogant: he did not want to look at the proof of the payment we had already made and forced us to pay a second time, as if we had not already paid. He treated us like thieves in the reception in front of everyone, threatening to call the police, and without giving us his name despite our requests. An hour later the manager called us, apologizing and refunding the money that the receptionist had stolen from us, without however offering any gesture to compensate for the trea**ent received. Last detail: the bad breakfast and the gentleman in the room gruff and brusque. Betanzos town is very beautiful, just avoid this hotel.

Non ci hanno mai trattato così male. Il signore alla reception maleducato, incompetente, arrogante: non ha voluto nemmeno guardare la prova del pagamento che avevamo già fatto e ci ha obbligati a pagare una seconda volta, come se non avessimo già pagato. Ci ha trattato da ladri nella reception davanti a tutti, con la minaccia di chiamare la polizia, e senza fornirci il suo nome nonostante le nostre richieste. Un’ora dopo ci ha chiamato la responsabile, scusandosi e rimborsando i soldi che il receptionist ci aveva rubato, senza tuttavia offrire nessun gesto che compensasse il trattamento subito. Ultimo dettaglio: la colazione pessima e il signore in sala burbero e brusco. La città di Betanzos è molto bella, solo evitate questo hotel

Precio desmedido para un hotel que solo tiene fachada, y nunca mejor dicho. Habitaciones simples y pequeñas, colchón ruidoso e incómodo, y desayuno cutrecillo. No volveremos y ni por supuesto recomendaremos. Se aprovechan de la poca oferta que hay en la zona, pero no merece la pena pagar su alto precio.

Un hotel bien situado, y quizás el mejor de Betanzos. Pero ¡¡¡ la cama no me resultó agradable, y las almohadas aun menos. Y eso que solicité dos, pero eran tan delgaduchas, que parecían una solamente. El desayuno, pasable simplemente.

Las camas muy limpias y el colchón bueno.
Me dieron una habitación al lado de la recepción, lo cual incluye demasiado ruido.
La limpieza de la habitación, regular. El suelo no estaba correctamente limpio y había bastante suciedad.
