Please get a security company for your property and for the safety of your guests. Please build a bigger wall by the parking to avoid intruders disturbing the peace of your paying guests. such a beautiful and artistic and authentic feel of a house with no security. I would like to come back again however i would like to know if my safety will be taken serious. Im so dissapointed that i had to leave before my time because of the intruder on the 9th of may 2023.Overall beautiful house. As soon as theres security i will book again,until then i am sorry i will need to book elsewhere. You do have a beautiful space. I would have loved to make friends and and build long term business relationship with you but being a young mother who travels alot for work.my safety comes first. I would have appreciated a call from Anita to check on me and the other guest that were booked there on the night of the incident as COURTESY.

Your establishment is very good and provides comfort. My only input would be around the variety of choices during breakfast. It helps to get an alternative during breakfast; of something that you don’t eat. Other than I’m happy because your food is served with love.

The crown is a relaxed atmosphere, the staff and services are exceptional. I recommend a stay for any patron overnight, great guesthouse, I rate it with 5stars, internet was stable to do my work. Accessibility was a big thing with me, kitchen was at reach, vehicle was safely parked and general feeling of safety. Alternative lighting solution during loadshedsing also helped alot

Very Clean, The Host Gave Us A Great Service, I Love The Art Paintings On The Walls And One Of The Best Antique, Almost Like A Royal Palace But With A Touch Of South Africa To It. Breakfast I Would Give It A 6.5/10, There is Room For Improvement On That Part But Other That I Love The Accommodation.

The owner of the hotel doesn't treat guest well and She sounded ****** on how she addresses us upon our arrival .We waited on the gate for long util one of us go and check. The toilets where not working and showers broken.

Personalised service for every guest, friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities with lovely and neat gardens. The establishment is well kept, with modern items and is also prepared for loadshedding, with emergency lights. The only investment needed by the establishment is a generator / solar and a water tank.

The place is well situated along the main road- well placed but the owner has a poor attitude towards her customers and mistreats her staff- they have said it themselves. She puts profit over a good customer experience. We've already alerted our help desk (the booking team) not to book us there again.

The rooms and hospitality were very good. My only concern was the in house food as portions were small and not for every palate with only Suggest a starter and dessert be added . The vouchers on the last day were great as we could get takeaways from a number of places so great selection
