My review is based on hotel being listed as a 4 star property. It is great to see a hotel that this hotel is operating as a historic hotel in this day and age. It has its own nostalgia and is located in the heart of the historic district. I know everything can’t be perfect however I feel there could still be some attention paid to details in the rooms and around the hotel. Wallpaper in areas is peeling, end tables and coffee table in room had water stains, parking is behind hotel and have to walk outside to enter hotel and service at Terrace was mixed while not being crowded.
Enjoyed view and space in Landmark room which is a corner room (516). Overall friendliness and professionalism of staff was great. Walkable location with plenty of food and drink options

When I called, Marcos made the reservation for me and treated me like a king, assigned a room and made me feel like a friend. When I checked in, Maria checked me in and made me feel very accommodated, these two individuals were amazing and professional, awesome. Phoenix from the front desk was amazing and professional and made me feel at home. Barry the bellman gave a tour of the town and was a great experience. Faith is an amazing breakfast server and Rick, the restaurant manager, made sure everything was great at all times. Jamison at the front desk was a pleasure and delight to talk to, again it felt like I was talking to a close friend. If anyone that wants to feel special with a humble staff that cares about the guests, I really recommend The Historic Hotel Bethlehem to anyone.

We were in Bethlehem to bring our daughter back to Lehigh after Winter break and decided to treat ourselves to a stay at Hotel Bethlehem. Very glad we did. Beautiful lobby and common areas, comfortable room and friendly staff. We will definitely be staying again.

We have been to Hotel B several times now and love it more every time. The property itself is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The town is adorable, great stores, lots of history and excellent restaurants. A must see!

This was my first time ever staying at a fancy hotel. The service i received was outstanding!!! The staff were all friendly and engaging, and knowledgeable of local places. I especially want to shout out Bellmen Trevor and Barry, Bartenders Spiros and Collen, and front desk attendant Maria. The stuff to do on the main drag is outstanding and i cant stress enough to visit Grandpa Joes and Foo Foos.

Beautiful historic hotel with great views of the surrounding area. Wonderful location - lots of excellent restaurants are nearby. The service was supreme - exemplified by Bellman Barry who is thoughtful, friendly and extremely helpful!
