Days Inn by Wyndham Hicksville Long Island

Surprisingly very clean for a cheap hotel.

When we pulled into the Inn around 9pm, there were a bunch of people (looked like homeless people) at the end of the parking lot. They were very noisy and sitting on the stairs blocking guests from using the stairs. Sticky stuff on clothes hangers. Dark dirty stuff on the hair dryer. Loose electrical outlets. Dirty light switches. AC/Heater blew out dust. Worn table and chairs. Dry brown stuff on clean towels (question very small pieces of dried poop). Breakfast choices were 2 dry cereals, small packages of instant oatmeal and a gallon of milk in the fridge. Price is on the higher side considering the quality.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Poorly maintained. Shower broken. Heater constantly going on and off. Door barely closes.

Breakfast was a paper bag with a bottle of water, a granola bar, and a fruit cup. Not what I would consider a free breakfast. Check in took about 15-30 minutes The room was clean

Great value for the price. Been here about a dozen times and has never let me down.

I wasnt comfortable at this hotel because of its structure Yes they have camaras , however the rooms are exposed to the public, anyone can come on the premise at anytime. Nevertheless, the room was clean, and spacious. The wifi was terrible, and the tv is tiny as heĺl. If I didnt have work to do , I wouldnt have mind not having internet access. The staff was great , and very helpful!
