Although location is very good, if we talk of prices then its not so worth...Food Quality and number of Varities are very less...Spa is under process...Cycling was also under process...so acitivity parts was also not much to spend whole day in resort...in terms of services...it was good and yes at the time of check out you will get ***y calls for asking....WHEN R U CHECKING OUT...continously in every 5 mins...i too got 3 calls in every 5 mins time frame for asking of check out...

The resort is the perfect gateway for people looking for scenic views from the room, almost all amenities within, fun activities, and outstanding experience of hospitality. Everyone of the staff is trained well and represents the core value of the resort i. E. Delighted customer experience. To us, the resorts deserve r outstanding rating is 10/10. Had an amazing stay at coorg cliffs resort. The location is great with amazing views of the valley. The staff is very sweet and courteous. Especially mr. Atul joshi, mr. Ravi took great care of our needs. The coffee plantation walk is a refreshing must-do activity. Kudos to the activity team. Good variety of food everyday. Pool was well maintained and a great view since it was an infinity pool. Overall a great stay

Scenic view from balcony is awesome. Good hospitality from staff. Kids play area is also good. Overall experience in resort is 5star rating. Food is also good. ***y site seeing paces are nearest to resort, so you can plan accordingly, rooms are comfy and spacious.

Located on hill top with magnificent view, the resort offers beautiful stay amid-st nature and coffee plantations. Their staffs are professional and make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. Bonfire time was great. High tea served in the hotel added to a better stay experience too. Food quality can be improved a bit. Special mention for ravi rai who was very courteous and took very good care of our requirement and his hospitality sense was great.

Excellent property with a great view. Staffs are very humble courteous and caring. Room is very neat and clean. Swimming pool location and view from pool is incredible. Had a great stay.
