Excellent location for a visit to this lovely town. Stayed for 2 nights in a well equipped room. The staff are lovely and very helpful. On arrival we had parked at a nearby council run car park and asked if we could park there overnight. A staff member told us he would move his car from the small pub car park and let us have his space instead! We had an excellent evening meal there the 1st night and also enjoyed breakfast there both mornings. My only criticism would be that the bathroom was looking a little tired and needed a spruce up!

£22.45 for two large glasses of wine! Cross keys £5.95 your choice!!! Better wine at the cheaper price! It is no wonder that the King's Head was empty. There was a quiz on a Monday but only about 5 small teams. The quiz was via tablet and time based with the quickest team winning. There was a prize with vouchers, I assume for the bar. Needed to offset the extortionate bar prices!

I much enjoyed my stay (for 3 nights) at the King's Head. I came mainly to visit the Minster, so the hotel was within easy reach. The hotel staff was exceptionally cordial, interested and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Stay here.

Lovely comfortable room.breakfast was extra which I was not aware until the morning. Not only pay for breakfast but also tea and orange are extra as well.got complimentary water in room on arrival but non Brought for 2nd night.no top up of teabags and coffee in the room either.would have expected more for the price we paid for 2 nights.would look elsewhere for accommodation if we return to beverley.

The coffee machine broken and I can't stand tea,.shower floor needs re setting the tv only got one station the rest was excellent .

Location is perfect and a very comfortable bed! It was a Saturday night so we were expecting it to be busy! The music was loud but finished at 12.30 so it wasn’t a problem to us! That might not be the case for everyone so bear this in mind! I wouldn’t say the room was deluxe but it was comfortable and adequate for our one night stay! Very friendly staff and the inclusive parking was great! We would stay again but might avoid the Saturday next time!

Booked here for our 32nd Anniversary, Paid in advance but there was a slight confusion and we was asked to pay again. After double checking I could show proof of previous payment it was quickly rectified and a refund was issued. The rooms are lovely and clean with comfortable beds and huge shower, staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely. Would recommend right in the centre so close to everything x

Special mention for Lucy, very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Lionheart room was lovely, one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had. Lunch in the bar was excellent, freshly cooked breakfast also to a high standard. Very good location. Parking limited but can use the market place if needed. Will definitely be staying again, will be recommending to family for an upcoming wedding in Beverley.

We had a wedding reception here. The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, very friendly. The food was fantastic from the starters to the puddings everything was delicious . The bride and groom stayed overnight and enjoyed the stay and the breakfast.
