Of all the Hampton Inn's we have stayed at, this one is,by far, our favorite! There's always a warm welcome. The rooms are always clean. And the best part? Cookies in the evening! We always look forward to stopping here. Our thanks to the staff... y'all are the best!

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful, and did everything they could to make my stay a good one. I was very grateful for the ways that they went out of their way for me.

We were looking for a quiet night's sleep on a road trip and found it here! Very comfortable bed, plenty of non-feather pillows, as requested, clean room and front check-in staff, Jasper, was outstanding! Jasper was engaging, helpful, and anticipated our needs (offered bottled water, told us when fresh chocolate chip cookies would be ready and called our room to make sure all was fine!) He deserves a gold star, if not a raise! Breakfast was adequate-decent bagels! We will definitely return when back in the Staunton area.

Good location. Restaurant suggested by hotel not good. Room was comfortable. con: Chairs in the entry hallway are too low and round pillows do not help solve the too deep problem. Windows in the breakfast area need curtains or tint. Sun really comes through in the morning making it uncomfortable for anyone sitting faces windows. Breakfast cons: Scrabble eggs every morning is a bit much. Also yogurt vender needs to do a better job of variety. Need more peach and other flavors besides strawberry.

Outstanding stay. The staff is great and goes out of their way to make your stay threre as good as it can be. Exceptionally clean rooms. Although breajfast was pretty much the standard Hampton menu, the presentation and freshness made it seem better. I received a room upgrade two days before arrival and that made it even better.
