Extremely unprofessional staff who is took deposit from me and then didn’t send it back in full amount. I mean not in full for sure, after all charges, payment for breakfast, tax for city I still should receive some amount back… well, I’m not. I would never suggest that place to stay and give them your deposit money. It’s so convenient for them to freeze them from your card and then just forget about it. I will ask my lawyer to work it out definitely. And I will send my review to every booking service I can reach. I’m aware about taxes and breakfast fee. But you took taxes twice. From me and from my friends card for same room and same period. I’ve provided to you all the information. And now what? You decided to be absent. Bravo.

We stayed at the Mosaic in early October. The location was great - not too long of a walk to Rodeo Drive. The hotel itself was pretty good, a bit outdated in some aspects, and the air conditioning was very loud at night. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating with a few of our requests - she even tried to get us an early check-in despite us not requesting or booking it. The one downside is that we booked the hotel due to the inclusion of breakfast and were told the restaurant is not open on weekends (we visited Fri-Sun) The lady promised to speak to her manager about it, but that was the last we had heard about it. The 3rd party we booked this hotel through wasn't aware of this clause either...
