Fuga Constantinidis Design Houses - Special Category

We have been here for 5 days. I presume the good days have been over due to the pandemic. It could have been much nicer. The room itself, the decorations are so pretty. But…We have received an email with self- checking instructions which were obsolete. The night Portier gave us the room key. When we entered the room, the floor was dirty due the constructions executed in the next rooms. Our rooms were so dusty that I started cleaning in the middle of the night. The rooms will be connected and are currently transformed into apartments. Breakfast is served in Naumpasa hotel. No one informed us upfront. The room was never cleaned probably. At Sunday the room wasn’t cleaned at all. When I asked for the reason “because it’s Sunday”. Wifi works the best at the lobby. Very poor in the room. You can hear everything. The windows are from the 18th century? However, the night Portier Onur was the only light at this place. Very nice and always very helpful. The receptionist of the day, was mainly hidden behind the computer screen, looking permanently annoyed.

Not a good experience. The staff didn’t speak English at all, so we weren’t notified about basic stuff like breakfast, room cleaning, check out etc. the room was supposed to have a city view, but we could only see the school next door + very loud night and day

Terrible !!!!!!! They cancelled our reservation rudely after one night without permission and they took our luggage out the room when we were outing. And they said that happened by mistake and the room was booked by another one previously after they took four nights payment in cash . The receptionist gave me the manager on phone the manager told me there is no solution , call police , bye bye
