Every person at the establishment that we encountered was very pleasant. Our room (standard) was very comfortable and clean. The buffet was delicious and varied. The pool was cool but once in it was very pleasant. My partner tried the sauna which was also very good. Very good stay. We recommend without hesitation.

I had a very bad stay at this hotel. My friend and I were very poorly received by their hostess, Lucie, who is sorely lacking in education and professionalism!
Scorned, bullied and humiliated are how we felt all along.
The other employees, on the other hand, showed an example like no other.
Breakfast was kindly offered to us, but how can you fully enjoy your stay after being so badly received?
The seriousness of the act committed was such that I had to file a complaint yesterday because I obviously do not intend to stop there.

Mention particulière pour le personnel de réception très courtois et efficace. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées. La literie est confortable. Pdj copieux , buffet varié produits frais. Dommage pour la piscine fermée, on aurait bien aimé en profiter .

Have stayed twice before but will avoid in future. Second time we’ve arrived after a long day of travelling only to find 2 of the 3 food choices are not available leaving very limited food options and most of the local restaurants closed either permanently or temporarily even on a Saturday night.
Also this time room had bare concrete wall (in half of it only?) with exposed hole in it - apparently this is the industrial look they are going for?!
Then for good measure no shower gel left in the shower.
Whole place has gone downhill.
Having planned our journey to go especially to this hotel in the past we will avoid it in future especially as the price has now nearly doubled. Definitely not worth the €320 we paid for a room.

NOT secure parking. 2x UK reg cars broken in to c7.30pm on a Fri. We were using the hotel as a stop over to Alps and chose it because of secure parking. Carpark had 20+ UK reg cars in it. CCTV does not cover carpark. Pretty hopeless. Furthermore, hotel staff were not advising new arrivals to remove their bags from cars (like us, most had an overnight bag and left luggage in their car). We were telling everyone as they passed us hoovering our cars out and they returned to their cars to take all luggage and put in their room. On a small positive, we got a free drink and some tape to weatherproof the cars. Had to pop to local DIY store the next day to complete the job.
