The hotel facilities are good and it's very clean. However, their English isn't great, and it took a long time to explain that we had booked through Trip.com. Despite that, their service attitude was very friendly.

Awesome place to stay even with family. Room is clean with super stuffs like luxury and pool attracts the view of ours. Staff is also very cooperative specially Ms Riya and Ms Sandhya.

We stayed at the Bairahawa Garden Resort when we visited Lumbini. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood convenient to visit Lumbini. Rooms are new and very clean. Restaurants serve very good food. Te staff was friendly, professional and always there to help and make our stay enjoyable. I visited with my elderly parents and my young son and they looked after everyone very well. Special thanks to Kapila Gurung and Sandhya Thapa at the front desk and all the staff at the restautant.

We had a wonderful stay at Bhairahawa Garden Resort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of traveling. The food was delicious with a great variety of dishes. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The restaurant staff were attentive and made dining a pleasant experience. A special thank you to Kopila Gurung for the exceptional hospitality. Kopila was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their outstanding customer service made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciate the excellent hospitality from the entire team and highly recommend Bhairahawa Garden Resort to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to staying here again!
